So many women experience difficult emotions before and after having a baby. We expect to be glowing and happy about bringing life into the world, and sometimes, that’s just not the case.

We know how you feel because we’ve been there. We know how isolating it is when nobody in your life understands your experience, or you feel too ashamed to share how you feel. We’ll help you understand and alleviate those difficult emotions so that you can get back to feeling the way you want to feel.

How it works

After your initial consultation, therapy starts with a 75 minute intake session and is followed by weekly 60 minute sessions. We’ll work together to find the right balance of art and talk therapy for you, and the duration of therapy will depend on your individual needs.
