Investing in yourself is one of the most important and empowering decisions you can make.

Fee for Sessions

Session fees vary depending on the  type of therapy service you are seeking and the session duration. Please contact us for more information.

Insurance Reimbursement

Kate Tedeschi is an in-network provider for CareFirst Blue Cross BlueShield. If you choose to use your in-network insurance benefits, a co-pay will be collected at the time of each session. All new clients are responsible for finding out their insurance coverage and policy details prior to the initial intake session.  For a list of helpful questions to ask your insurance provider please see the list below.

Associates Kelley Kuchinov and Lauren Campbell provide services that are covered by out-of-network benefits with some insurance companies.  Each insurance carrier and plan is different so we recommend you contact your insurance provider directly with any questions regarding coverage.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We currently accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of your therapy session.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up and you may not be able to make it to your appointment. That is okay. We ask that you provide your therapist with 24 hours notice to avoid being billed for the full session cost.
