Support is just a phone call away. I am happy to answer any question and concerns as well as discuss how therapy may specifically benefit you, your family and/or a loved one.
I specialize in working with individuals whose lives are impacted by anxiety or depression from life transitions, interpersonal conflicts and medical illness. I received my MA from The George Washington University in Art Therapy. Over the last seven years I have provided care to pediatric Hematology-Oncology patients and their families at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington DC and New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell in New York City.
You, your child, and your family all have the potential to live a joyful, fulfilled and empowered life.
All individuals and families have innate strengths that with the right support can allow for healthy, connected, meaningful lives.
Art, play and sand tray therapies are used in addition to traditional counseling to meet each clients' unique needs. As a client, you do not need to have any art experience to benefit from these modalities, just a willingness to engage in the creative process and explore in a supportive and caring environment.
